Refund Policy
 

1. Consulting Services

• Cancellations: You may cancel a booked consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

• Completed Services: Once a consulting session or service (e.g., Financial Strategy Design) has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

 

2. Subscriptions (e.g., AI Tools)
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services.

3. Third-Party Services
Refunds for services provided by third-party partners (e.g., construction or IT firms we referred you to) are subject to that specific provider's refund policy. Fexio Inc. is not responsible for refunds related to third-party contracts.
